According to the data, from January to August 2022, 44.47GW of PV capacity was newly installed nationwide, of which about 30GW was distributed photovoltaic, accounting for 67%, holding up half of the PV market. The rapid development of distributed photovoltaic is inseparable from the support of the state. On October 9, the National Energy Administration issued the document "Action Plan for Promoting Carbon Neutralization and Standardization at Energy Carbon Peak", pointing out that by 2025, a relatively complete energy standard system that can effectively support and lead the green and low-carbon transformation of energy will be initially established. The document also pointed out that it is necessary to establish and improve the renewable energy standard system focusing on photovoltaic and wind power.

The document will vigorously promote the standardization of non-fossil energy as one of the key tasks, and clearly define the need to accelerate the improvement of renewable energy standards such as wind power and photovoltaic. It is clearly proposed to promote the preparation and revision of relevant standards for the development and utilization of distributed wind power, distributed photovoltaic, household photovoltaic, etc., and establish and improve the standard system for photovoltaic power generation and photothermal power generation.

On October 16, the 20th National Congress of the CPC opened in Beijing. The report of the conference mentioned that we should actively and steadily promote carbon peak and carbon neutrality, based on China's energy and resource endowment, adhere to the principle of "first and then break", implement the carbon peak action in a planned and step-by-step manner, further promote the energy revolution, strengthen the clean and efficient use of coal, accelerate the planning and construction of a new energy system, and actively participate in the global governance of climate change.

Research on incorporating household PV into the carbon emission trading market

In the first half of 2022, the total installed capacity of household PV in China is about 8.91GW, accounting for 45.35% of the distributed installed capacity, and has become an important part of distributed PV. On October 9, the National Energy Administration (NEA) mentioned in the letter on the reply to the Proposal No. 01691 (Economic Development No. 110) of the Fifth Session of the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC that the NEA will cooperate with the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and other departments to do a good job in the connection between green power trading, green card trading and carbon emissions trading, and study the incorporation of household PV into the carbon emissions trading market.

This means that various departments such as the National Energy Administration and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment will provide a new way to realize the assets of household photovoltaic power stations for companies, which is bound to promote more household photovoltaic power stations to be connected to the grid, and the door of China's household photovoltaic market will also open wider and wider.
